By using OnchainDB, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

OnchainDB provides a decentralized database platform on the Celestia blockchain. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security, complying with applicable laws, and ensuring you do not store illegal or harmful content. You are solely responsible for encrypting sensitive data before storage.

Blockchain Data

All data stored on-chain is public and immutable. Once data is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be deleted or modified.

Payments

Fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data. We retain all rights to the OnchainDB platform and technology.

Limitation of Liability

OnchainDB Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnchainDB Inc. from any claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason without notice.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of our choosing.
